Vesna Djordjevic is a highly experienced automotive software quality and process improvement leader with over 25 years in the automotive industry. She holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Niš and is widely recognized for her expertise in Automotive SPICE®, functional safety, and global quality assurance leadership. Vesna has built and led international quality organizations and brings a strong combination of technical depth, training capability, and strategic process improvement experience across global automotive environments.

Vesna provides consulting, assessment, and training services in Automotive SPICE®, cybersecurity, and process improvement for automotive organizations. She is an intacs® certified Principal Assessor and Instructor, with additional certifications in Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity, Hardware SPICE, Mechanical SPICE, and Potential Analysis. Her experience includes leading global system and software quality assurance functions, managing large-scale improvement initiatives, and coaching teams to achieve higher process maturity and compliance with industry standards. Her background spans embedded automotive software development, functional safety management, and quality assurance strategy, supported by extensive international experience, including leadership roles in both the United States and Germany.

Alexander Klotz is Head of Technical Compliance (TC) at Vitesco Technologies. He is responsible for the Corporate Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) and the worldwide TC Strategy, which aim to detect and mitigate risks associated to non-compliant products (hardware and/or software) and systems.
In line with the VDA Product Compliance definition, the Vitesco TCMS covers regulations, global standards and considers relevant aspects to derive „state-of-the-art“. In his former position at Continental, Alexander Klotz led the Technical Center India (TCI), a major R&D Center of the Continental Corporation serving all Automotive Business Units globally.
During his 3 and a half-year assignment in India, the TCI grew to one of the largest R&D locations of Continental. He joined the company in 2001 holding several leadership positions in the areas of Advanced Product Development, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Testing, Project Management, Customer and Product Strategy, and Innovation.
His experience includes assignments in the USA and Japan, and covers safety relevant products like ESC, ADAS, and interior products, such as Instrument Cluster and HUD. Alexander studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration (German Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur) at the Technical University Carolo Wilhelmina in Braunschweig, Germany.
