About NASPICE
In September 2026, the North American SPICE community will host the 2nd annual North American SPICE Conference in Novi, Michigan.
The North American SPICE Conference is a premier industry event for automotive professionals. This conference will focus on the latest developments in ASPICE, providing a platform for experts, assessors, and industry leaders to discuss advancements in automotive standards, quality, safety, and security for embedded systems.
The NASPICE Network is the associated North American body of ASPICE assessors, including Expert, Provisional, Competent, Lead, and other assessors. System, hardware, software engineers, testers, and senior management involved in ASPICE product launches will attend, representing the automotive, aerospace, medical device, and semiconductor industries.
The purpose of this event is to serve the network of ASPICE professionals. Attendees can expect to participate in Gate4SPICE events, standards discussions, and other SPICE-related activities. The conference is also accepted by the international assessor certification scheme (intacs®) as active or passive experience evidence (EE-EP, EE-AC) for certification as an Automotive SPICE® Lead Assessor (Competent and Principal). Speakers and attendees will receive a certificate to use as proof of their participation (EE-EP, EE-AC) for intacs® competent or principal assessor certification.
The conference will showcase renowned keynote speakers, technical gurus, and managers from various domains including systems, software, hardware, and mechatronics. These industry leaders will share their invaluable experience and insights.
The conference will not only delve into technical topics but also highlight the significance of management practices in achieving the results.

Cancellation Policy
NASPICE will retain the full amount of the cost for any cancellations by sponsor or exhibitor. If the event is cancelled by NASPICE, full refunds will be given to all sponsors and exhibitors.
Health and Safety
NASPICE is committed to providing a safe event environment and will follow all applicable health and safety guidelines as recommended by relevant public health authorities and the event venue at the time of the event.
Booth Information
Booths are included only with sponsorship levels that include exhibit space. Each booth is a table-top exhibit and comes with an 8-foot table, two chairs, electrical access, and Wi-Fi.
Shipping Information
Sponsors and exhibitors with booth space, as well as the Networking Reception & Breakfast and Lunch Sponsors, will receive shipping instructions prior to the event to ensure materials arrive safely and on time.
Attendee List Guidelines *Access varies by sponsorship level
- Platinum and Gold sponsors will receive a pre-event attendee list and may send one (1) pre-event email to announce their participation in the event.
- Final attendee list: Platinum and Gold sponsors will receive the final attendee list with contact information within three days following event completion, for follow-up purposes only with individuals they met during the event.
- Attendee lists may not be added to your company’s marketing database.
- No marketing emails may be sent to attendees beyond the one approved pre-event email for Platinum and Gold sponsors.
- Phone numbers are not provided, and phone calls of any kind are strictly prohibited unless the attendee has given explicit consent during the event.
- Any misuse of attendee lists will result in loss of future access to attendee lists.
Passport Stamp Program
To drive attendee engagement and maximize booth traffic, the event will feature a Passport Stamp Program designed to encourage meaningful interactions with all exhibiting sponsors with booth space.
Each attendee will receive a passport card and will be invited to visit every exhibitor booth to collect a stamp. Once all booths have been visited and the passport is fully stamped, attendees may submit their completed passport to be entered into a raffle drawing for a prize.
This program creates a fun, interactive experience for attendees while ensuring increased visibility, conversations, and lead-generation opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors throughout the event.
