Tara has built and scaled engineering organizations, including creating a solutions engineering group from the ground up and leading major software transformations at Stellantis.
Tara oversees global Platform Software and Core Applications, driving in‑house development growth to more than 1,000 engineers while improving quality processes, toolchain standardization, and operational efficiency.
Tara has also spearheaded a strategic ecosystem of university and industry partnerships—advancing research access, talent pipelines, and critical training programs—and champions diversity and inclusion as a Women of Stellantis BRG board member.
