Summary
As Global Manager of Engineering Process, Pavi leads global process development and deployment activities. She drives continuous improvement of the engineering process framework, ensures consistent adoption across new projects worldwide, and coaches project teams to achieve ASPICE readiness.
Before joining BorgWarner, Pavi was a Principal Quality Analyst at ZF Group, where she contributed to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives for Active and Passive Safety products. Her professional journey also includes significant roles at HARMAN International and USAA (via TATA Consultancy Services), where she built deep expertise in project lifecycle management, software and systems quality assurance, process optimization, and CMMI/ASPICE assessments.
Pavi holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University, India. She is a certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor.
