He carries 15 years of automotive industry experience in the fields of System & Software Quality Assurance, Process Definition, Process Assessments and Improvements. Amol is an intacs certified ASPICE Principal Assessor and has conducted more than 50 ASPICE Assessments in the past decade. He has unique mix of OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2 experiences through his previous affiliations at Ford Motor Company, Marelli, Stellantis and KPIT.

Golara Salemi is the Senior Global Manager of Process within the Engineering Excellence organization of PowerDrive Systems business unit at BorgWarner. Since April 2022, she has been leading global process development and deployment activities. In this role, Golara is responsible for continuous improvement of the engineering process framework, ensuring its full deployment across all new projects worldwide and preparing project teams for ASPICE assessments through coaching.

Before joining BorgWarner, Golara gained extensive experience with other automotive tier-1 suppliers, a management consulting firm and an OEM including Continental Automotive Systems Inc., Arriver Software Inc. (now part of Qualcomm) , Tadbir Consulting Firm, and Iran Khodro Automotive company.

Golara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Shariati University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tehran. She is also a certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor and IATF16949 Auditor.

With 20 years of experience, Golara specializes in process development and deployment, software quality assurance, project management coaching, business systems analysis, and preparing project teams for ASPICE assessments and IATF 16949 audits.

After his assignment as Quality Manager at FAW-VW in Changchun until 2014, he was responsible for the operation of mobile online services at VW and then headed various cross functions for the development of driver assistance systems. He has been iNTACS Vice President since 2019 and Managing Director of iNTACS since 2022.

Alexander Klotz is Head of Technical Compliance (TC) at Vitesco Technologies. He is responsible for the Corporate Technical Compliance Management System (TCMS) and the worldwide TC Strategy, which aim to detect and mitigate risks associated to non-compliant products (hardware and/or software) and systems.

In line with the VDA Product Compliance definition, the Vitesco TCMS covers regulations, global standards and considers relevant aspects to derive „state-of-the-art“. In his former position at Continental, Alexander Klotz led the Technical Center India (TCI), a major R&D Center of the Continental Corporation serving all Automotive Business Units globally.

During his 3 and a half-year assignment in India, the TCI grew to one of the largest R&D locations of Continental. He joined the company in 2001 holding several leadership positions in the areas of Advanced Product Development, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Testing, Project Management, Customer and Product Strategy, and Innovation.

His experience includes assignments in the USA and Japan, and covers safety relevant products like ESC, ADAS, and interior products, such as Instrument Cluster and HUD. Alexander studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration (German Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur) at the Technical University Carolo Wilhelmina in Braunschweig, Germany.
