Hidemi Morimoto Sandoval is an ASPICE Provisional Assessor and ASPICE Cybersecurity certified professional with extensive experience. At AUMOVIO, she served as a Supplier Quality Manager for Software, responsible for SQM software management, supplier development and assessments, supplier selection and contract negotiations, and quality system improvements. She also worked as a Quality Engineer at DENSO International America, establishing quality assurance strategies, performing assessments, and driving process improvements. In a role at Continental Automotive as a Development Quality Manager, she designed quality assurance strategies, conducted process conformance checks, and coached teams on quality standards.
Morimoto Sandoval holds an MBA in Quality and Productivity as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production Engineering. She is a qualified ASPICE Provisional Assessor, certified Scrum Master, and has expertise in methodologies like PMI, Agile, CMMI, Lean, and Six Sigma.
